My easter holidays!

I have gone to San Sebastian and Bilbao, in País Basc, and in Zaragoza, Aragon. I have spent four days there and I have enjoyed a lot this holidays. First, we went to San Sebastian, where Karlos Arguiñano has his restaurant, it’s a small restaurant near the beach and it isn’t expensive. It’s the place where plays Real Sociedad, a Spanish football team, and where there are two mountains than you can go by foot, but you have to do sport regularly because the rest of my family was exhausted. In San Sebastian, we saw an aquarium and a war museums, I enjoyed more with the first one. Second, we went to Bilbao, and there we visited San Mamés, an historical stadium that have more than a hundred years of history and where play Athletic Club the Bilbao, and there I bought a t-shirt of this team. Moreover, we visited the Guggenheim, which was spectacular. Inside we saw a lot of paintings, a few from Picasso or Joan Miró, the only that I knew. Then, we visit some little museums and the last day we went to Zaragoza, where we saw a typical Spanish festival called: la processó, where a lot of people wear a strange dressed and walk through the streets. It isn’t as spectacular as Sevilla, but it was great, there we saw a big church, the most important of Zaragoza and it was amazing. One of the best things of the travel was the breakfast, we have free buffet and I eat a lot, I don’t have hungry for lunch and we had breakfast at eight o’clock, so you can imagine. 

 The breakfast at the hotel, I eat more, but the plate was full so I had to stand up again and eat more. 
I ate fruit, not only donnuts or chocolate. 

 La processó: typical spanish festival, a lot of people walking in the streets and a lot of people watching too, amazing. 

 San Mamés stadium. The best part of the travel in my opinion, it isn't as big as Barcelona ones, but incredible too.

 The church in Zaragoza, inside is fantastic, I recommend people that go here. 

One of two islands where you can go by foot, a lot of steps and difficult way, but very beautiful.

Barcelona made Champions League history by knocking out AC Milan to reach the quarter-finals.

First-half goals from Lionel Messi plus David Villa and Jordi Alba's second-half strikes made Barca the first side to overturn a two-goal first-leg deficit without help from an away goal.

• AC Milan's 4-0 defeat equalled their heaviest ever loss in the competition

Messi scored on five minutes, adding a second just before the break after Milan's M'Baye Niang had hit a post.

Villa then put Barca ahead before Alba sealed the win in injury time.

"We will remember this for years to come," said Barca sporting director and former Spain goalkeeper Andoni Zubizarreta.

"Messi's two goals put us in a strong position, Villa's was very important and Alba gave everyone exactly what they wanted with the                                         fourth."

The last 12 of March of 2013, F.C Barcelona made history, again. I don’t really think that this team could win this match, because they lost the two matches against Real Madrid, and one against Milan. They have to win 3-0 or 4-1, with an average of three goals. And we have to remember that Milan is six o seven times champion of Europe and one of the best teams in the world with a lot of national football players. The day before the match, and this day, I said that it was impossible, because I’m very pessimistic, but this night, I see the best Barça I have ever seen in my life, the best football, the best Messi, the best backs. And we have a little lucky, because after do the 2-0, Niang, an AC Milan football player, was in front of Valdés and he hit the stick, so if this player had score the goal, bye bye Champions League.  So I’m proud again with this teams because anyone before do that, they are my heroes on more team and I hope that this year we can win the Champions, the best competition in the world.

My ideal gap year

A lot of people do a gap year, which is time out to travel between life stages. I would like to do it because after a year studying or after studying two years you need to go out and see world. I prefer to do it with some friends, because it’s better if you travel with good companies, I never do it with my family, because it will be boring.

I don’t know where I would like to go, but I know that I want to travel as far as possible. China, America, Australia, Germany are good places to travel in my opinion. I would like to go there and learn the language, their costumes, wake up every day and feel the same things that if I was of this country. See the museums, the football matches, the girls, the parties, how their work, work there for know it, and a lot of things more. But there is a big problem. Maybe, you can do that for a week, and all these things that I have said are impossible to do it in a week, or in two weeks maximum. In Catalonia, there aren’t a lot of people that can do a cap year, because it costs money, and because in my country, after batxillerat, you have to think in university, and work all the summer if you want money, so you haven’t enough time. I know that if I ask to my parents if I can do a gap year after batxillerat, they will be angry and maybe they kill me, because they think that I can’t lost a year travelling around the world because I want to learn some things about different cultures, and I understand that, because we aren’t living in good times and we have to study and find job as soon as possible, because a job now, it’s difficult to find, and moreover a job that you like. So all the students that think that probably their parents let you go to travel in a gap year, ask them, because if you are one of lucky ones, I think that you will live the greatest experience of your life.   

An animal in me: ¿Warthog?

I have just done the test and my results say that I’m like a warthog. I’m not really excited about that because it’s one of the ugliest animals that I could get. I have found the translation in Catalan but there aren’t results, but it’s a kind of pig, with more hair and with a large tusks. So, physically, I’m not really happy about that, but I have just read the description about warthog, and I think that more o less we are quite similar. For example, the warthogs are egocentrics, and that’s a think that we have in common, because I love my world and I like when things happens around me, not around the others.  Moreover, the text said that they persevere until their goals are met, even if it means fighting dirty or breaking the law to do so, and that’s another thing we have in common because I hate lose and I’m angry when it happen, so I always do everything possible to win in a football match, or in playstation.
