After listening Obamas’ speech I have think about what I can offer to myself and to the other people.  I have been playing football during a lot of time, in a lot of different stadiums, against a lot of teams and against a lot of opponents. When you start to play football, you dream is to be the best football player in the world and to earn a lot of money, but when you grow up you realize that it’s almost impossible, but I know that I will never give up. My example talks about football, but with the studies too. When I was little, I said that I would like to be engineer or astronaut.  Now I think a little bit different, because I don’t really know what I want to do after batxillerat, but I know that I want to study something that I really like, not something that gives me a lot of money. My other goal is to have an apartment and a little dog and be independent.

What can I do to turn my dreams into reality? Never give up. I think it’s one of the best sentences in the world and one of the best answers to a lot of questions. I know that if I want to be a professional football player I will have to sweat blood in every training and in every match, and I’m sure that other football players will not put them best effort and they will be better that me, but I will never give up on this. I have been playing football since I was very little and I’m trying to succeed on this, so have I to give up now? As Obama said in his speech, I have to commit with this goal, and face this challenge to success.

The other challenge is to study something that I really like; I don’t want to work the rest of my life doing something that I hate. So this year I have to earn good grades to choose the career that I want to do, not the one that I can. We are very lucky because we live in a country that you can study whatever you want, nobody will written your destiny for you, you are the only one that can do it!

And the other dream is to be independent. I love my family but I want to live alone or with a friend because I want to be independent. I want to have an apartment in Girona or Barcelona with a little dog that makes me company. I will have to study a career and then work a lot for realize this dreams because nowadays it’s quite difficult to live alone.

Finally, as a conclusion I want to say that there’s only one way to realize your dreams, you have to face the challenges and never give up. And as we said in my team, if your fall down seven times, you will have to stand up eight. And the best thing is that live always gives you a second chance, so don’t waste it.
