Thirteen vs Adrian Mole

Well, I don’t remember very well Adrian Mole’s story but I think that there are some differences and some similarities with the film thirteen.

I think that the both characters are thirteen years old. Adrian is a normal boy with his problems and with his friends, and Tracy also is a girl with her friends and with her problems at home. The main difference between each other is that Tracy becomes different because she wants to be like Evie, a bad influence. And the main similarity is that both of them have his parents divorced and they have to live with that, and that will always be difficult for a teenager.

Adrian Mole explains his life, and how a teenager feels his first love, and his first experiences, but in the other case, Tracy feel her experiences because he went out with Evie, and she smoke for the first time, she have sexual intercourse etc.

So I think that the most difference between this book and this film is that Adrian Mole becomes a teenager slowly and alone, and Tracy becomes a teenager too fast and with a bad influence.

So my personal advice for all the teenagers in this world is that they have to choose correctly his friends and his influences. And my advice for all the parents in the world is that they have to be more responsible with their children.
